Joey for Model Number Amana bx21v2w, bottom freezer, top fridge Fridge warm, freezer cold. After removing rear panel inside the freezer the freezer coils and airway path were frosted up. I defrosted, replaced panel, & switched on, everything back to normal, good fridge & freezer temp. After one week the same thing occured.......warm fridge, cold freezer. What do you think this could be caused by? Defrost Thermostat? Defrost timer? Heater? Thanks. Joey
Answer Hello Joey. You can test the heater and thermostat. When they are cold, the thermostat and heater will read closed. You can test these with a multi-meter MA-DM1.
