Jp for Model Number Amana BG20T2W Hello. My Amana's bottom freezer is not staying frozen. It is cool, but not cold, let alone freezing. The upper refrigerator seems to be function just fine. I cleaned the coils, but same result. The freezer seems to have some days that have been colder than others, but overall, not freezing. Noises seem normal. Thanks for your time.
Answer Hello JP. You need to check and see if the condenser fan motor is running. If not, it will cause the issue you are having with the unit.
