What voltage should I read when checking the diffuser? I know its a 120v componet, but i am getting 59vac out of one wire. Is that enough to operate the part. Thanks

Hello Rene. The damper is 120 VAC. If only 59 VAC, it will not work. You will need to check the control supplying the power to the damper.
