Bill, Check and make sure the dryer is level front to back and side to side. You can use a clean rag, apply a liberal amount of rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol to the rag and wipe off the metal sensor bar strips, this would remove any fabric softener or softener sheet residue from the sensor. If the problem persists, the load may be too small to properly tumble and strike or land on the sensor bar to properly activate the moisture sensor circuit.
