Hello Paul. Test and see if the clock assembly is sending power to both wires and you have 240 volts on the wires. If so, you can replace the end on the wire TJMA02875-1 and the element, and you should be ok. If not, you may need to replace the clock 12001603 assembly as well. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
