You should be able to "slide the door handle trim strips up and down enough to access the WP489491 / WP489491 Refrigerator Screw and remove the handle. The trim strip(s) are held to the door panel by two clips WP2206905 / WP2206905 door trim clip and screws WP3400852 / WP3400852 refrigerator screw. It's a relatively easy repair to make.
