Hello Ray. Pull out the unit and disconnect the power. Then remove the back panel of the oven. Now you can access the screws holding the element WP9752294 in place. Unplug the wires and remove the screws, then pull the old element out of the unit. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
