Jerry for Model Number KSRB25FHSS01 Yes we dropped the refrig when we were moving it (fell off the dolly). Freezer door hinge is bent at top. Believe that 2196046 is the replacement part. Watched your door hinge replacement video - but how do you deal with the electrical wires when replacing the Freezer Door side hinge that run through the pin?
Answer Jerry, The wiring for this door should be located at the bottom of the door rather than the top.
