Answer Joe, If you jumped the T to H terminals properly, and the motor did not start or run, you'll need to replace the control module. " Short T and H with an insulated piece of 14 gauge wire to run the motor(make sure the probes go into the test point 1/2"). If the motor doesn't run, replace the module assembly.
