Rob for Model Number KTRS22MXAL20 I have replaced the ice maker control, ice maker thermostat, and ice mold. It is still not making Ice. The motor on the Control unit has yet to move when looking at the large white wheel on the outside of the control unit. What did I miss? The freezer temperature is less than 0 F.
Answer Rob, Try taking an insulated jumper wire and putting it between the T and H on the motor module of the icemaker. The ends will need to be stripped about 1/4". If the motor does not rotate then check to make sure that there is power to the icemaker. There should be 120 vac from the M To N on the motor module.
