Nina for Model Number ed25tqxfw01 My ice maker works great. The water side works just great. However, when you press on the arm to dispense ice nothing happens. Would this be the micro-switch or the switch that is attached to the front panel? Is it something else?
Answer Hello Nina. You will need to test the micro switch and test for power to the auger motor. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, you will need to order and replace the auger motor in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
