Answer Hello Phil, start by accessing the rear of the control board and check if the power indicator LED is lit. if not check for 120v into the control board, also there is a Tech Sheet that came with your model either in the rear of the control panel area or behind the front cabinet panel near the top, you will need to run the test mode to find the fault code.
