Kait for Model Number WTW5000DW0 I have no power at all to my washer. Do you think it could be the lid lock assembly? Worked fine, then instantly just no power. Power outlet was checked, and washer was plugged into other outlet as well. Thank You for your assistance
Answer Kait, Based on the information provided, Check with a multi-meter to see if you have power to the mainboard connector J7 terminal 1 to 3. If you do and the board is not responding you have a bad board. If you do not have the 120vac at that point then there is an issue with the household power or the power cord. Read More...
