Carbella for Model Number mvwx600xwo We bought a new latch and it still won't work. If the control panel is out, would that cause it not to work ? Snd if the lights come on is the paenl out ?
Answer Carbella, Yes, the lights can illuminate and the control can be faulty and vice versa. There are two controls inside the console, the U/I control WPW10305452 and the CCU board W10745339. They are separate parts but they have to work together. Your best bet would be to find the tech data sheet (usually in an envelope, attached to the inside of the front panel) and conduct the tests listed. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
