Maggie for Model Number WMH1164XWS-1 I need to replace the light bulb in my microwave, and when I unscrewed it the glass shattered and left the metal casing in there. It's in such a tricky spot (above the stove, on the wall) that I can't get it out. What's the safest way to go about this? Shall I unplug it from the power and then use plyers to get it out? I hate to call an electrician out just to change a light bulb!. Please help.
