Big Ed for Model Number MH7140XFB Bulbs on underside are elongated (5" Approx.) --in looking through questions I find all bulbs are short and install front to back as opposed to side by side (mine). What is correct bulbs for my model, and do you have them. Whirlpool is about 20 yrs old. I have been using Phillips T6.5 appliance, but they don't last too long. Help!
Answer Ed, for the model number you supplied [MH7140XFB], the correct replacement bulb for the interior "cavity" light and the "cooktop" light bulbs are the same part number 8206232A / 4393681 This is a 40W interior microwave light bulb.
