Chrisl It looks like the KET 125v 30W bulb is what goes under our over-stove microwave. My question is, does this come in an LED (or something that might 1) stay cool, and 2) more importantly, last longer? This one is only about 2.5 yrs old and burned out. Thanks!
Answer Hello Chris, you would need to take the old bulb to a local store (Home Improvement: Lowes, Home depot etc) and have a salesperson match it to an LED type. It should be available. Without a model number to see the light circuit it most likely will work ok, if it does not light or does not turn off or respond to the keypad selections (hi/lo/off) it is possible when the old bulb failed it damaged the light circuit on the main control board.
