Tana for Model Number WMH31017HZ The hood light for my over the range Whirlpool microwave burned out. I have tried at least 5 different bulbs. All fit and come on but will not dim or turn off. Information on the original bulb is KEI 125v 40w. Do you have a correct replacement bulb for my appliance?
Answer Hello Tana, The problem is not the bulb when it will not dim. The control sends different voltages to the bulb for different levels of light. The issue will be with the board so to give you the proper part number for the board for your unit, we will need you to please post a new question including the complete model number of the unit in your home.
