George M for Model Number mer5550AW My oven light is good, but it does not light up when I push the control to on. Can you tell me what the problem may be?
Answer Hello George, You will want to check to make sure that the rocker switch is good. You can do a continuity test to make sure that the switch has continuity when in the on position. If not then replace the switch. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
