Ron for Model Number GE RE960PXV The top light (fluourescent) does not come on when switch is pressed. Fluourescent bulb changed but light still does not come on. Light used to flicker when switch is pressed, but no longer. Could it be the switch and if so, which is the correct switch for this model. Thanks, Ron
