This is a complete plug-in cooking module for compatible Jenn-Air/Whirlpool modular cooktops. It drops into the cooktop bay and provides a pair of electric coil burners so you can swap configurations as needed.

  • Provides two electric coil surface elements within a self-contained module
  • Restores heating performance when a cartridge is damaged or not heating
  • Symptoms can include no heat, uneven heating, or visible damage to the module
  • Designed to plug into the cooktop's cartridge receptacle for quick changeovers

  • Disconnect power before servicing
  • Allow the cookware and module to cool completely before removal
  • Lift out the old cartridge straight up; align and seat the new module fully into the receptacle

Willie, " To remove the door switch: 1. Disconnect power to the range. 2. Pull the switch forward to locate the ends of two spring clips (one on each side). 3. Insert a small flat-blade screwdriver on one of two spring clips and depress the spring clip while pulling the switch from the door frame. 4. Insert the small flat-blade screwdriver on the other spring clip, depress the spring clip, and continue pulling the switch from the door frame. 5. Disconnect the door switch wire harness."
