J. L. for Model Number et8wtmkxkq03 I moved this unit from one home to this one. I plugged it in and it ran for about 10 minutes, then it stopped. Nothing comes on now not even the light. I did all the trouble shooting, checked cord, etc. The unit was fine until move. Did not lay it down. Any suggestions. Is there a reset button?
Answer Hello J.L., Two things I would go directly to if I were able to troubleshoot are the thermostat WP2204605 and the defrost timer W10822278. You should use the wiring diagram on the unit to follow the wiring out to the issue. If power is good to the the components mentioned, you should at that time start looking to a lost neutral connection. You should also check the outlet you are connecting it to.
