Hello J.L., Two things I would go directly to if I were able to troubleshoot are the thermostat WP2204605 and the defrost timer W10822278. You should use the wiring diagram on the unit to follow the wiring out to the issue. If power is good to the the components mentioned, you should at that time start looking to a lost neutral connection. You should also check the outlet you are connecting it to. There is no reset button but there could be a connector unplugged.
