Pete for Model Number 106.56562400 Had a thunderstorm and lost power. Now the compressor starts to run, runs for about 10 seconds and then shuts off. Waits for a minute and then tries again. I've been reading and it seems like it could be the capacitor or the overload relay. How do I test from here?
