Hello Matt, This is most likely a power supply issue. Go to the breaker box and flip the breaker for the dishwasher off then back on. If this doesn't clear the issue, remove the kick panel and the cover on the electrical connection and check for burned wire nuts. If none, use your test meter to test for 120Vac. If it is not here, the issue is in the wiring before it ever gets to the dishwasher. If it is there, check the door switches and the thermal fuse. If the thermal fuse is at fault, do not replace it until you have checked the motor winding resistance as per the tech sheet behind the kick panel. Make sure there is no shorts with the test meter also. This is, of course, to prevent blowing a new thermal fuse. Let us know if further assistance is needed.
