Liz Y for Model Number MDB7600AWS the handle broke and when we were trying to open the dishwasher, the whole top cracked. If we buy the whole panel, would that work? Does it include the latch? Please advise. Also, could you let me know the difficulty of replacing myself as opposed to paying a repairman. Thanks so much!
Answer Liz, With a cracked or broken control panel, yes, you'll need to repalce the panel assembly 6-917713 . The latch and the handle are both separate parts but are available as a "component kit" WPW10130695, and may be easier for you to replace. Here's some help : "Control Panel 1.
