Sheila for Model Number KEBS208SWH04 I had aluminum foil stuck to the bottom of my oven. I used "The Works" toilet bowl cleaner to get it out. A friend said it worked great for her. Now I have a white residue stuck on the oven and can't get it out. Is there a replacement insert for the lower oven available so I can just replace it.
