Hugh for Model Number RB770PXYQ We have an older model built-in Whirlpool double oven. The upper oven no longer heats. A repair technician told us the relay for the oven was going bad. Can just the relay be replaced? If we decide to replace the whole thing (both ovens), what is the current model number that will replace it? Thank you.
Answer Hugh, for a failed relay, the manufacturer recommends that the control board be replaced. In regards to replacing the entire unit, we would not be able to recommend a replacement model as there are many varieties that could work depending on the available dimensions. Read More...
