Hi Sandra. You need to remove all inner door panel torx style t-20 size screws. Leave one side center screw in so while you take the opposite one out it will help hold the heavy panel so it does not hit the floor(damage). Use a rug or shipping blanket to protect the floor. The panel should position upwards into the bottom of the top panel. Outer door panel # W10349340. Thank You.
