Nancy for Model Number MTF2142EES00 My freezer is working fine but my fridge is warm Theres no cool air in the fridge part , but the freezer is fine What part do you think I need to replace ? Answer Nancy, You will want to check to see if the fan in the freezer is running. If the fan is not running then the issue may be with the evaporator fan. Also check the vents to make sure that they are not clogged up. These would be the most likely causes for the refrigerator not getting cold enough. If there was product around the duct on the back wall then it may have ice in it as you would want to make sure that nothing is right up against it. Read More...
