Answer Hi Jack. Remove ice bin. Turn crusher bin hsg. upsidedown. Install the release handle from the hole opening,using inner grooves/ guides to place handle/release latch. Use needle nose to put spring on one end of latch and then to finger provided for tension of spring. The spring is part # WP2198608. There are not any written instructions. Best of luck. Thank you.
