Jason for Model Number ed25tq 1 of these front shelf studs broke. I removed the good one to see how to remove the broken 1 beacuse it was difficult to get a hold of it with pliers. Now the good 1 doesn't seem to want to stay in either. I have the kind that twist in. Will new ones stay in or can I switch to the screw in or do you use some type of adhesive for them to stay in.
Answer Hi Jason. After some time spent in researching your question, I cannot find any feedback from whirlpool. Leads me to believe the stud kit is all that is needed. Part # 4388539. The liner is very flexible and silicone is a good back up to help adhere it together and pliable enough to work with in the future. Thank You. Read More...
