Ann for Model Number ED20ZKXBWOO I have a ED20ZKXBWOO model refrigerator/freezer, and one of the freezer shelf brackets has broken off. It is on the right side of the freezer compartment, about halfway up. The white plastic "slider" that slides over this bracket is intact, I just need the actual piece that somehow attaches to the wall of the freezer and holds the weight of the shelf. All I can see is what looks like a broken-off screw-head, or rusty nailhead, protruding about an eight of an inch from the wall. A piece of white plastic appears to have broken off from that. How do we get the old piece out without damaging the hole for the new piece? And what exactly is the new piece that goes in there? I assume it is one of the pieces from Part No. AP3109341, but I can't tell from the broken unit what the intact bracket looked like before it broke. Thank you!
