Mark for Model Number eed4400sq0 My dryer will not start or even hum. It's an estate that uses timer model number 8299778. I have checked continuity on the door switch, thermal fuse and start button. I can't find a diagram on the timer to check which leads should have power or be grounded to make sure it is bad.
Answer Hello Mark. You will test the black wire coming to the timer and the white/black wire. Should have 120 volts across them. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
