Ira for Model Number ACD2238HTS Okay simple question I changed everything it would take to make the refrigerator get cool still nothing . Freezer still not getting cold Motors running compressor seem to be on. Could it be the defrost switch not letting it get cold . Or loss of freon in the system No way to check that without placing a tap in. Thanks
Answer Ira, as the fans and compressor are operating, the evaporator can be inspected for a frost pattern. If there is not a frost pattern after 30 minutes of compressor run time, there would be a sealed system failure that would require an EPA-certified technician for repair. Read More...
