George for Model Number Whirlpool ED27DQXAB03 I just replaced my defrost timer in my Whirlpool ED27DQXAB03 fridge The New Defrost timer part # is W10822278 It is supposed to replace original part # WP-482493. The old timer didn't have a black wire sticking out of it like the new one does. What do I attach it to? I don't have a white wire anywhere on my modular connector. I tried connecting it to terminal #2 but the compressor doesn't start. What should I look at? Thanks George
