Sara for Model Number WRB119WFBM00 Why is my refrigerator not keeping contents cold but the freezer section is over freezing items rock hard. If I unplug refrigerator and let it defrost for several days it will work for awhile and then do the same thing. It is not even 5 years old.
Answer Sara, It sounds like damper at the top back of the refrigerator section may not be opening and would need to be replaced if this is the case.
