Frank for Model Number Washer, model 110-82980120 When I push the control dial in to select a wash cycle, it doesn’t engage with the dial behind it. I have to press on the dial behind the control knob to manually turn it to the cycle I want. Once I select the cycle and pull the control knob out, everything works fine. I think the part I need is AP6008828 - can you confirm ? Thanks
Answer Frank, Based on the information provided I would check the dial and knob to see if they are secure to the timer and that the timer is secure to the frame.
