Jeff for Model Number LSQ8543JQ0 Our washer is filling and begins to agitate but then stops and does nothing else. Could the problem be related to the lid switch. If so, how do you check to see if the lid switch is working properly?
Answer Hello Jeff! If the washer is not going into the spin cycle, yes, you will need to check the lid switch 3949247V. You should hear a clicking noise when the lid is closed, this indicates the lid switch activates. You can also check the lid switch using a multimeter MA-DM1.
