Lee for Model Number RAS8445KQ0 Will go through wash cycles, but stops once Light phase is completed. If you turn the knob to Rinse, it will start agitating again to around the Heavy mode. If you go one click at a time, you can get a sort of grinding/ticking sound, but it will not empty to tub of water. Is this a timer or pump issue? I have tried it on all phases, such as Regular, Delicate, etc.. The same thing happens. It will agitate, but will not drain or rinse. Phenomenal washing machine (Roper). I have had it for 18 years and it was given to me by a family who used it daily. I wish they still built them like this one. But, maybe it's time to replace instead of replacing part after part? Thank you, Lee
Answer Lee, If the unit does not go into the drain cycle then this will likely be the timer that is faulty. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, September 3, 2024
