Michael for Model Number taws800jq1 My wash when you set the timer and pull it on,the aggitator begins aggitating immediately but the water doesn't come on at all. I changed the water inlet valve already, could this be a bad timer, temperature switch or water level switch and how do I check? The timer goes thru all the cycles and we've been washing clothes by taking the cold hose off the back of the washer and filling the washer for the wash cycle and rinse cycles.
Answer Hi Michael. The timer part # WP3948852 120 vac to the water valve as you need it. The unit running and completing a cycle tells me that the lid switch is OK. You need to use a volt/ ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to see if you are getting full voltage from the timer , wires and connections to the water valve. Thank You. Read More...
