Danny for Model Number mah3000AWW Hello, Our machine will turn off in the middle of many different cycles. It is random, doing it sometimes during the rinse cycles, sometimes during the wash cycles, but usually at least 3-6 times before ever getting the cycle to complete. I have checked the usual. No Main board issues on the R-11 or Q6 (the board looks good), no motor board issues, screens on water value are clean, and I have checked all connections. A tech has looked at the machine 4 times in the last 2 weeks. He put in a new pump, and valve. He said the Wax motor is fine and he can't seem to fiqure out what is causing the issue. Sometimes it even works thru a whole cycle while he's here without it having any issues. The last thing I am suspecting is the Timer (even though they are supposedly pretty reliable). What are the odds the time is sticking in certain spots and causing a delay signal to the board which turns off the machine? Your thoughts are appreciated, I've already put $300 into the machine. Thanks
Answer Hello Danny. It sounds like the relay in the control board 22002988 is sticking and sending power to the timer motor and advancing the timer to the off position. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, January 2, 2012
