Bob, The key thing to know is does it fill when it gets to the rinse cycle. If the unit fills but then stop then it would most likely be a timer issue. If the unit spins after wash but does not fill at the start of the rinse then you will want to check the pressure hose to make sure that it is not clogged and check the cold water supply and inlet valve to ensure that they are working and that the valve screen is not clogged.
