Beverley for Model Number SAV3655AWW Looking on the internet and troubleshooting I think that possible I need a new lid switch or a new timer for my Maytag washer model SAV3655AWW. As it just stops running when it reaches the last spin cycle that dispenses the softener. However if I open the lid and turn the switch back to the last spin cycle. However some days when I have not wash for a bit the machine will run the first wash AOK and if I do another load it will do every cycle except the final wash which dispenses the softener any.
