Rich for Model Number SAV3655AWW The washer will not drain on it's own. We have to lift up the lid and then close it in order for the washer to discharge the water. In order to use the washer, we have to wait until the wash cycle is complete and then we lift and close the lid for the washer to drain. We have to do the same procedure after the rinse cycle. Is this a problem with the timer?
Answer Rich, Yes it is a problem in the timer, one of the motor contacts is stuck "closed" and doesn't allow the motor to pause and reverse direction to drain and spin. When you raise the lid and pause the motor, then the circuit reverses and the motor reverses, The WP27001113/ WP27001113 timer is in stock and available at this time. Thanks Read More...
