A C for Model Number LAT9616AAE During the spin cycle, the washer appears to be horribly out of balance -- the tub wobbles a lot, and the washer walks. I've leveled the unit multiple times; it is perfectly level in both directions, but this doesn't seem to help. The imbalance occurs even on a purely empty tub. I've taken out the tub top cover/gasket to look between the inner and outer tubs, but didn't find anything weird. Also took out the agitator and inspected it; the wobble occurs even if the agitator is not installed. Is there something wrong with the transmission? Whatever is the problem, it doesn't seem to be obvious. Any help is appreciated!
