Ken for Model Number LA25CS I have a commercial washer LA25CS. When it fills up with water and startes to agitate it sounds like something is stripped on the agitator shaft.The agitator moves but very slowly I removed the agitator and the shaft looked ok, I remounted the agitator on the ahaft and it does the same thing. I advanced the timer to the spin cycle and the washer spins fine. Do I need to replace the transmission? Thank you for your time
