Description

This base is the dishwasher's lower chassis piece that supports internal components and helps contain and direct water. Replacing a damaged base restores proper support and helps prevent leaks or instability. What it does:

• Supports the tub, pump and motor assembly to maintain proper alignment and operation
• Provides a sealed lower pan to help contain incidental water and direct it to the drain system
• Helps reduce vibration and movement during cycles when intact
• A cracked, corroded or warped base can allow leaks, cause unusual noises, or lead to loose internal components

Install notes:
