Jerry W Knoxville , IA March 03, 2019 Dishwasher trays were rusted and leaving stains on dishes and breaking little pieces off and getting in pump did not want to have to replace pump too We ordered new top & bottom trays. The dishwasher is 5 years old, so we needed to decide put cost of new trays or replace unit. We are trying to be "green" and not throw away people. So we shopped the internet. We are so glad and happy that we found AppliancePartsPros. The price was good but the service and speed of us getting the parts was exceptional. Can't say enough from the helpful and knowledgeable agent to the speedy shipping. Will use again next time parts are needed. The hardest part was removing the upper rack spray nozzle, but after watching a video on your site, it was fairly easy. It only required a flat head screwdriver.
