Doug T Bonham , TX February 09, 2018 Appliance: Model BOSCH NEXXT SERIES 500 - WFMC5301UC/15 My bosch next series 500 washer’s drum belt and drum dampers were shot smelled smoke when it tried to rinse & tub shook violently then also Removed the rear panel, top lid and found burnt belt and what appeared to be worn out plastic dampers/shocks on bottom of drum. I had called several repairmen and they were all 7-10 days behind. I live in a small town, 60 miles from a metro area and there are very few qualified techs to work on my washer dryer, i was told. A Google search found this site and i was able to EASILY FIND the parts I needed and they WERE IN STOCK. I hoped to get the parts quick and even paid for next day delivery, because I had been without a washing machine for several days. This was late Monday evening, around 5PM. I was shocked and surprised when FEDEX arrived at 9am on Tuesday with the parts - correct ones & packaged great! Tuesday noon, i was washing clothes with a like-new washing machine that appears to work better now than before. I WILL use these guys again. VERY WELL PLEASED! Tracey S Owens Cross Roads , AL January 07, 2020 Appliance: Bosch Washer WFMC5301UC/16 Clothes were not spinning correctly and washing too long. We replaced the belt and shocks. The belt was very loose. We did put the new belt in hot water for about three minutes so it went on easier. Shocks were very easy to replace. Job took maybe a hour for both. Now the machine is performing like it use to. My bosch 500 series is now 14 years young.. Jeffrey L Rockford , IL December 15, 2019 Appliance: Model BOSCH WFMC1001UC/07 Bosch washer would not spin Had a repair person out that had the back-off and the motor out in 15 minutes...brushes and bearing were bad. It wouldn't take 3 weeks and more $$ to get a motor through the repair service. I figured it couldn’t be that hard to replace if he had it out so fast. I got the motor for less $$ in 5 days and install was easy...just took a bit to figure out where 2 ground wires clipped in. Runs perfectly now. Just an additional comment...I have had service on this washer before and all the screws attaching the back to the body of the washer were not put back in at that time...laziness?? I filled all attachment points with screws and washer runs with less vibration than before. This adds necessary rigidity to the washer. Steven B Grand Junction , CO May 18, 2020 Leaking small amount of water whenever wall shutoff valves were turned on. Took washer back off and could see water dripping from cold water fill valve. Looked up valve part number by entering washer model number(Super simple). Ordered valve and drive belt (didn’t see any wear but it was over 10 years old. Parts arrived 26 hours after ordering. Removed washer top and removed old valve, snapped in new one and attached hoses. Started a load and no leaks. Simple repair and probably saved myself $160. When they say fast shipping they mean it. I did not expedite but it was here next day. Superb service, will be buying all my appliance parts here. Hopefully not many! Read More...
