Dale H Eagle , ID September 01, 2021 Poor refrigerator water flow and failure to make ice 0ur refrigerator was supplied with a water filter, but it was unnecessary because our refrigerator water supply comes from our reverse-osmosis water filter. The existing water filter limited water flow such that the refrigerator would not make ice. Removing the water filter and replacing it with the water-filter bypass purchased from AppliancePartsPros.com quickly fixed the problem! PS: the water-filter bypass was back-ordered at the manufacturer (where it was also more expensive)!
